Our representative will have your name board handy for you to approach him or alternatively you can request him to see at any other point such as coffee shop, M&S, etc. Our transfer service is coordinated with the customer to ensure that our customer should not wait for to be picked up upon arrival to the destination on time unless requested by the customer.
