1. Definitions: The company, P2PRUN, we, our, us means Point To Point Run Ltd.
2. Agreement: When you book a job with us, it means that you have accepted our terms and conditions for using our service and our tariff.
3. Fares: We operate on fixed fares for journeys created by our websites and all fares are calculated on the bases of mileage (Distance between starting point and drop-off point of a single journey), time of journey, type of car and service required. Most of journeys fares are calculated via the shortest route (routes are calculated by/using Google Map). Any change of circumstances like extra drop or pick up or change of route requested by customer may incur increased fares.
4. Waiting Time: Where a driver has to wait beyond the required time booked, customer is liable for waiting time whether accidental, under customer control, or out of customer control. It excludes flight delay.
5. Airport Pickups: We do pick up from outside and inside terminals.
A- For inside pickup driver will have a sign board with customer name on it. Fares are inclusive of Car park charge for 30 minutes. Customer is liable to pay parking charges after 30 minutes of free time.
B- For outside pick up there is no charge for flight delays as we monitor flight status. Driver will call to arrange meeting the customer and by the time customer is out driver will be waiting outside.
C- In case of flight delayed, there are chances of your driver to be replaced by another driver as your driver might have another booking for pick up/drop off scheduled. But you need not to worry about it. You can get your proposed driver´ information from our online booking system.
6. Bookings: Bookings must be made through our website and not with driver. It is illegal for the driver to pick up without job being Pre-booked according to Colchester Borough Council Licensing Policy. For a booking to be completed, Customer Name, full postal address (Pick-up/Drop-off) including House No/Name, Street Name, Postcode, Contact Number(preferably mobile), Date and Time is required.
